Filmed in September 2023, at the projects offical start. Maxine takes us through the first part of her plans and takling the flat clearences and demolition works of the un authorised structers on the site and well as land clearence and the diffculties Avery Court and brought to the surface.
Apartment Block Rescue Part 3:
Eight months on from our last update on Avery Court. The apartment block has gone through a quite remarkable change. From having two uninhabitable flats, sewage leaks and a building that was not mortgageable. The work is now running at full steam and the building inside and out is beginning to take shape and resemble the architectural gem that is was when built back in the 1920’s.
